Frequent questions
What material is used for the bristles?
Our toothbrush is mainly made of bamboo. The bristles are made out of bamboo fiber, charcoal and nylon. We managed to reduce the amount of nylon to 39% which is less than common bamboo toothbrushes.
When should I replace the head of the toothbrush?
We recommend replacing the head every two months for the best hygiene. Furthermore, the bristles are worn out after two months and replacing after two months maintains the cleaning properties of the toothbrush.
How do I return a order/product?
To return or refund a product/order fill out the contact form on the contact site. Please state at least your order number and the email that the order was placed with. The refund is issued to the payment method chosen at the placement of the order. Be aware that we only refund unopened products and the return needs to be paid by yourself. Where are the products manufactured?
We look for the finest craftsmen and best resources for each of our products. As a result, we work with manufacturers all over the world. We currently work with manufacturers in China. Moreover, we are moving our production to Europe to make our products more sustainable and low in carbon emission.
